With 42 years of being the "Fat Kid," I am thrilled to share experiences in confidence-building throughout my life! Come along with me and my wife Amanda, who also just happens to be a "Skinny Kid". We are on a mission to change the views of health and wellness in the US, heck maybe even the globe!

Meet my friend Lucine. She is awesome! As a self-described "Fiercely Friendly" person, she has paved her path on her terms. Initially following the conventional path, she saw success in many different avenues of her life, but it wasn't what she wanted to do. So, she changed her plans!
